이용약관 (Terms of Service)

제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 써필립코리아(Sir Philip Korea, 이하 “회사”)가 운영하는 온라인 쇼핑몰에서 제공하는 서비스 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정합니다.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Sir Philip Korea (“Company”) and users of the online store.

제2조 (정의)
이용자란 본 쇼핑몰에 접속하여 서비스를 이용하는 회원 및 비회원을 말합니다.
Article 2 (Definition)
“User” refers to anyone who accesses and uses the services, including members and non-members.

제3조 (서비스 제공)
회사는 상품 정보 제공, 판매, 배송 서비스를 제공합니다.
Article 3 (Services)
The Company provides product information, sales, and delivery services.

제4조 (주문 및 결제)
이용자는 상품을 주문할 수 있으며, 결제는 제공된 결제수단을 통해 진행됩니다.
Article 4 (Order & Payment)
Users may place orders and complete payments using available payment methods.

제5조 (배송)
주문 후 1~2일 이내 발송되며, 상황에 따라 지연될 수 있습니다.
Article 5 (Shipping)
Orders are shipped within 1–2 days. Delays may occur depending on circumstances.

제6조 (청약철회 및 환불)
상품 수령 후 7일 이내 교환 및 환불이 가능합니다.
단, 식품 특성상 단순 변심 반품은 제한될 수 있습니다.
Article 6 (Returns & Refunds)
Returns and refunds are available within 7 days of receipt.
Due to the nature of food products, returns for change of mind may be restricted.

제7조 (책임 제한)
천재지변, 배송지연 등 불가항력적 사유에 대해 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company is not liable for delays or damages caused by force majeure.

부칙
본 약관은 2026년 4월 21일부터 적용됩니다.
Supplementary Provision
These terms are effective from April 21, 2026.
